In short
A store purchase gives you a personal right to unlock and use a digital benefit inside DangLive after redeeming its code. It does not give you ownership of the item, its artwork, media, or source file, and it does not grant a right to use it outside the app. This summary is for convenience only; the full Terms below control.
Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and DUBLUV LLC, established in Sharjah Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (“DUBLUV,” “DangLive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you access or use the DangLive mobile application, website, voice chatrooms, games, store, digital benefits, and related services (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, creating an account, making a purchase, or redeeming a code, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 13 years old to use DangLive. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian must review these Terms and authorize any purchase or payment method you use. Parents and guardians are responsible for a minor’s use of the Services to the extent permitted by law.
The DangLive services
DangLive is an entertainment app offering social voice chatrooms, games for fun, and digital benefits for use within the app. DUBLUV operates the app and store directly; DangLive is not a third-party marketplace where users buy ownership of files or independent digital products.
Games, rewards, rankings, virtual items, and social features are intended for entertainment. Unless we expressly state otherwise, they have no monetary value outside DangLive and may not be exchanged for cash.
Accounts and User IDs
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for entering the correct DangLive User ID when redeeming or assigning a benefit.
Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may request reasonable information to confirm account ownership, payment authorization, or code entitlement before providing support.
Store purchases and payments
Store listings describe in-app digital benefits available through a one-time payment. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the displayed amount using your selected method.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. A payment confirmation does not transfer intellectual-property ownership or provide access to an underlying media or source file. Your purchase is fulfilled through a redeemable code as described below.
We may reject, limit, or cancel an order before redemption where reasonably necessary to address pricing errors, suspected fraud, sanctions or legal requirements, payment failure, or technical problems. If we cancel a paid order before delivery or redemption, we will provide an appropriate refund or remedy.
Redeemable codes
After successful payment, the store displays or provides a unique code. You must keep the code confidential and redeem it inside DangLive for the intended account. Anyone with access to an unused code may be able to redeem it, so do not post, share, or transmit it insecurely.
A code is fulfilled when it is delivered to you through the purchase flow. A digital benefit is awarded when a valid code is successfully redeemed. We are not responsible for redemption to the wrong account when caused by an incorrect User ID or voluntary disclosure of the code, but we may assist where reasonably possible.
Codes may not be sold, resold, transferred for value, exchanged for cash, duplicated, generated, guessed, altered, or obtained through unauthorized means. We may invalidate codes connected to fraud, chargebacks, payment reversal, abuse, or a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Digital-item license and ownership
When a code is validly redeemed, DUBLUV grants the receiving account a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display or use the associated digital benefit only within DangLive and only as the Services permit.
You do not purchase or own the digital item itself. DUBLUV and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights in the item, artwork, animation, audio, video, design, software, source file, and related materials. No download, reproduction, distribution, public display outside DangLive, commercial exploitation, sublicensing, or creation of derivative works is permitted unless we give express written permission.
Digital benefits are not bank deposits, stored value, securities, or property redeemable for money. The license may end when your account is terminated for a valid reason, the Services lawfully discontinue, or the item is withdrawn as permitted by these Terms, while preserving rights that cannot be waived by law.
Acceptable use and conduct
You must use DangLive lawfully and respectfully. You may not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, stalk, or expose another person’s private information; upload unlawful or infringing content; manipulate games or rewards; use bots or unauthorized automation; interfere with security; reverse engineer or extract app assets; or use the Services for illegal gambling or other unlawful activity.
Voice chat and other user interactions may involve content created by users, not DUBLUV. You are responsible for what you say, share, and do. Use available reporting and blocking tools and contact local emergency services where immediate safety is at risk.
Refunds and cancellations
You may contact us to request a refund before the redeemable code has been redeemed. Eligibility is reviewed case by case and may require proof of purchase, account verification, and confirmation that the code remains unused. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible and remain subject to payment-provider rules and processing times.
Once a code is redeemed and the digital benefit is assigned, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable because performance of the digital service has begun, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits rights relating to duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, failed code delivery, a code that was invalid when delivered, or other non-waivable consumer protections. Contact support@danglive.store promptly so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay our ability to resolve the issue.
Changes, suspension, and availability
We may update, balance, replace, or discontinue features, games, chatrooms, and digital items for security, legal, technical, operational, or product reasons. We will take reasonable steps to avoid materially reducing a paid benefit without an appropriate substitute or remedy where required by law.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet conditions, device compatibility, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control may affect access.
Intellectual property
The Services and all associated branding, software, layouts, graphics, media, digital items, and content supplied by DUBLUV are owned by or licensed to DUBLUV and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited in-app license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
If you believe content in the Services infringes your rights, email us with your contact details, identification of the work and material, its location, and a good-faith explanation of the concern.
Third-party services
Payments, app distribution, communications, or links may be provided by third parties. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent service, but this does not affect any responsibility DUBLUV has to you under mandatory law.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, or that user-generated statements are accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DUBLUV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses caused by your disclosure of a code, entry of an incorrect User ID, breach of these Terms, or use of unauthorized third-party services.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, DUBLUV’s aggregate liability relating to a store purchase will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the affected purchase or the minimum amount required by law. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited.
You agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct or material breach of these Terms, but only to the extent permitted by law and proportionate to your responsibility.
Termination
You may stop using DangLive at any time. We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe you materially breached these Terms, created a safety or security risk, engaged in fraud, or where action is legally required. Where appropriate, we will consider the nature and seriousness of the issue and may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.
Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, liability provisions, and dispute terms—will remain effective.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction.
Before filing a claim, please email support@danglive.store with a description of the issue and requested resolution so both sides can attempt to resolve it informally. This does not prevent either side from seeking urgent relief or using a regulator, small-claims process, or other remedy available by law.
General terms
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or another appropriate method and will apply from the stated effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or transfer of the Services, provided your legal rights are not reduced.
These Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them constitute the agreement between you and DUBLUV regarding the Services. Electronic notices and records satisfy written-notice requirements where permitted by law.
