Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies only to danglive.store and its store checkout, purchase, code-delivery, and support functions (the “Store”). The Store is operated by DUBLUV LLC, established in Sharjah Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (“DUBLUV,” “DangLive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy does not govern personal-data processing inside the separate DangLive voice-chat and game application. The app may provide a separate privacy notice describing its account, voice, chat, moderation, device-permission, and gameplay practices.

Information you provide. We collect the DangLive User ID entered during checkout; the products, quantities, price, currency, and order information associated with a purchase; redeemable-code delivery and redemption status; and information you send in support, refund, dispute, or legal communications.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Store, we and our service providers may receive IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, page interactions, error and performance information, cookie identifiers, and similar technical data.

Please do not send sensitive personal information that we have not requested. Purchase codes should be kept confidential because an unused code may be redeemable by anyone who obtains it.

We use personal information to process and confirm transactions; deliver and validate redeemable codes; associate purchased benefits with the submitted User ID; provide customer service; investigate failed delivery, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes; detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents; maintain and improve Store reliability; measure aggregate usage and performance; keep accounting and transaction records; enforce our Terms; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not currently use Store information to send promotional emails. If this changes, we will provide any notice, consent, and opt-out choices required by law.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform a contract with you, including completing purchases and providing codes; for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Store; to comply with tax, accounting, sanctions, law-enforcement, and other legal obligations; and with consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives payment-card, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy notice and terms. DUBLUV does not receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code.

We receive limited payment information needed to administer the transaction, such as payment status, amount, currency, Stripe transaction or checkout identifiers, and limited payment-method details. Stripe may independently process information to provide its services, comply with law, and prevent fraud.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us run the Store, including Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and analytics, database and storage infrastructure providers, security and fraud-prevention providers, and professional advisers. They receive information only as reasonably necessary for their services and are subject to contractual or legal responsibilities.

We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, DUBLUV, or others; investigate fraud or security incidents; enforce agreements; respond to valid legal process; or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to applicable safeguards.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

The Store and its providers may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, checkout continuity, preferences, and basic operation. We also use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate visits and Store performance. Depending on configuration and law, analytics may process device, network, page-view, and performance data.

You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking essential technologies may prevent checkout or other Store features from working correctly. Where consent is legally required for non-essential technologies, we will request it before use.

DUBLUV operates from the United Arab Emirates and uses providers that may process information in other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use appropriate contracts, provider safeguards, or other lawful transfer mechanisms intended to protect information during international processing.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including order fulfillment, code validation, support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, chargebacks, disputes, security, and legal compliance. Retention varies by record type and applicable requirements.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and reputable payment, hosting, and database providers. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Protect your device, account details, and redeemable codes. Contact us promptly if you believe Store information, a purchase, or a code has been accessed without authorization.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about how personal data is used. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Submit a request to support@danglive.store. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect against fraudulent requests. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to proof of authority. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or the rights of others. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

The Store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

Users under the age of legal majority may make purchases only with a parent or legal guardian’s authorization and supervision. If you believe a child provided information contrary to this section, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

The Store may link to Stripe, the DangLive app, app stores, or other websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing information. This Policy does not control an independent third party’s processing.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Store, providers, law, or data practices. We will publish the updated version here and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate or legally required.
